Tool limitations
The honest boundaries of Fixora image, text, CSV, JSON and meeting workflows.
Images
25 MB and 16 megapixels per file; batches: 20 files, 40 MB, 24 megapixels total. Output is capped at 16 megapixels. Target size is not guaranteed. Check the actual MIME and file size. JPEG uses your chosen opaque background; re-encoding can lose metadata, color profiles, animation or fidelity. SVG rejects external-resource references and strips active elements before decoding.
Text and lists
Copied-text and list workspaces accept 1 MB and 20,000 lines per input. Joining line breaks is not meaning-aware; review tables, poetry and hyphenated words. List comparison is exact membership, not fuzzy identity matching. Word counts and reading-time estimates are approximate.
CSV integrity and spreadsheet safety
CSV input is limited to 10 MB and 50,000 data rows with unique nonblank headers and rectangular records. CSV comparison requires unique nonblank keys and matches exact strings across the same named columns, regardless of order. CSV cannot force spreadsheet applications to retain leading zeros or prevent inferred dates. Cleanup formula protection is an explicit opt-in and changes exported text; comparison protection defaults on but can be turned off. Other CSV-producing helpers prefix formula-like cells with an apostrophe. This is not a guarantee against every spreadsheet formula risk.
JSON precision
Formatting preserves original number and string tokens, even duplicate property text; duplicate properties are warned about. Inputs are capped at 2 MB and 200 nesting levels; expanded formatting is capped at 8 MB. Structural conversion/diff rejects duplicate properties and numbers that cannot be represented without loss. No schema checking, JSONC or automatic repair. Nested object key order affects diff; missing/null cells can be indistinguishable in CSV.
Meeting time planning
Dates 1990–2100, 2–4 selected supported locations, duration 15–480 minutes. Source zone is explicit. Daylight-saving gaps and repeated hours are rejected, not guessed. Browser time-zone rules may be outdated; confirm important meetings. An ICS download does not check availability or send invitations.
Helpers and retired tools
Experimental helpers have limited demand evidence and may change. Opaque sRGB contrast is only a color-pair check, not accessibility certification. Former calculation/security/XML/CSS tools are retired and their bookmarks show notices.
